In the world of domain names, Rockstar/Take-Two, has gone after some domain names that infringed on their trademark. Although some of those domains were up to know good (bogus info), the GTAV.com domain was a bit different. It was pretty much a fan site. That said, it’s now officially signed over to Rockstar according to the domain “whois”. So this was handed over before any sort of ruling at the domain governing authority on such issues. I wonder if the guys at GTAV.net are sweating bullets.
